Reimbursement

We received the Youth in Action grant, and we are proud to announce that you will all get a reimbursement of your travelling cost.  The reimbursement will be divided equally between all the participants, regardless of whether they were allowed to apply or not. The nations that were able to participate in the application have all agreed to this. Therefore everyone will get an equal percentage of their travelling cost refunded. We cannot say for certain what this percentage will be until after Euro-Mini-Jam. We expect it to be somewhere between 20% and 50%.

To make this arrangement possible, we request the participating countries to provide us with the following information when they arrive to Euro-Mini-Jam:

-          Receipts for all travelling cost from all participants.

-          All boarding passes the participants received on their flight to Iceland.

-          Train tickets, bus tickets, etc.

-          Bank information from each association.

Final Registration and Payment

Not all countries have sent in registration forms for all their participants. It is very important that we receive the forms as soon as possible along with the fee.

We would like to remind you that the deadline for final registration and full payment is June 15th. After that we will not receive any new registration forms, so please make sure that you have sent us all your information by then!

Since the confirmation fee was 70 EUR, and the camp fee has been lowered to 195/92 EUR, the remainder is:

EUR: 125 (Iceland, Cyprus, Faroe Islands, Malta, Monaco, Luxemburg, Liechtenstein)
EUR: 22 (Montenegro)

Those who have not paid the confirmation fee yet, will of course need to transfer the full amount.

All necessary information is on our webpage, www.eurominijam.com, under “General -> Euro-Mini-Jam fee & Registration.”

Please remember to also send us your travel arrangements, flight numbers etc. through e-mail to eurominijam@scout.is.

Volcanic Eruption update

We are happy to announce that Eyjafjallajokull-volcano has stopped erupting! Nonetheless, as usual we strongly recommend that you make sure that your travel insurance is adequate.

Although the country is still bursting with fun and energy we should not be influenced by any eruptions during the Euro-Mini-Jam.
